Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Air Free: AI room design ("Air Free"), an AI-powered application that allows users to visualize clean, organized, redesigned, and futuristic interiors using artificial intelligence.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the AirFree mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms").
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Definitions

"App" — the AirFree mobile application, including all features and AI-generated outputs

"AI Services" — third-party artificial intelligence services used to process images

"Service Provider" — the developer and operator of AirFree
3. End User License Agreement (EULA)
3.1 License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use only, in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3.2 License Restrictions
You agree not to:

Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Remove proprietary notices or intellectual property markings

Rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App

Use the App in a way that harms others or violates applicable laws
All intellectual property rights in the App belong exclusively to the Service Provider.
3.3 Scope of License
This license does not allow use of the App on devices you do not own or control, nor distribution over networks for simultaneous use on multiple devices.
3.4 Termination
This license remains effective until terminated.
Your rights automatically terminate if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.
3.5 Consent to Technical Data Use
You agree that the Service Provider may use non-personal technical information strictly necessary to support app functionality, updates, and compatibility, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Third-Party Services

Your use of the App may be subject to third-party terms, including:

4.2 AI Integration

The Service Provider does not control AI model behavior or outputs and does not guarantee specific results.

The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party services, content accuracy, availability, or reliability.
5. Apple-Specific Terms
You acknowledge that:

These Terms are between you and the Service Provider, not Apple Inc.

Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance

Apple is not responsible for claims related to the App

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
In case of App failure, Apple's only obligation is to refund the purchase price (if applicable).
6. Nature of Service & Disclaimer
6.1 Visualization & Entertainment Only
AirFree is designed solely for visualization, inspiration, and entertainment purposes.
The App is NOT:

A professional cleaning service

An interior design consultancy

An architectural or construction tool
-
A real-world planning or guarantee system
All results are AI-generated visual simulations.
6.2 No Accuracy Guarantee
The Service Provider does not guarantee realism, accuracy, feasibility, or real-world outcomes.
Generated images are illustrative only.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

Upload illegal, harmful, hateful, or offensive content

Upload images you do not have the right to use

Violate privacy or intellectual property rights

Attempt to disrupt or exploit the App
Violations may result in immediate termination of access.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Service Provider Property
All App components, design, branding, and functionality are owned by the Service Provider and protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of uploaded images.
You grant a limited license to process images only to generate requested results.
8.3 AI-Generated Content
AI-generated images are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Commercial use or redistribution requires written permission.
9. Privacy & Security
Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for device security and internet connectivity.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "AS IS".
The Service Provider is not liable for:

Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the App

Decisions based on AI-generated content

Data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies

Misinterpretation of visual results as real-world outcomes
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Age Requirement
The App is intended for users aged 4 years and older.
Parents or guardians are responsible for minors' use.
13. Updates & Changes
13.1 App Updates
The App may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
13.2 Terms Updates
Terms may be updated. Continued use indicates acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider.
